But I'm definitely on board for just a weekly hack & chat situation. Did that for a long time in PDX, and it brings back some fond memories of hanging with folks like @Wraithan @thoward37 @aaronpk. We called it SePoCoNi - Southeast Portland Coders Night, and had coffee/beer/food.

Elon flips shit on an employee who politely told him that the views feature isn’t broken, he just doesn’t have enough clout.

This was me, my 6.5-year stint at Twitter comes to an end today. Proud of the work we did and have full confidence the three or four people left will be able to honor Elon’s requests to artificially inflate his view counts (and view counts for advertisers). Not me though 🫡

This terrifies me. What happens when they later cancel the program? I don't want to have to fight with big record labels to show that I did in fact have a proper license. I suspect in 5-7 years there will be a big mess from this.
