oh no are you kidding me... British Airways just straight up cancelled the LHR-SFO flight I booked for today. Now it's 2:45am and I am stuck on hold waiting to change my flight.-
They hung up and now won't pick up the phone "due to excessive call volume".
The website doesn't have a "change" button, only a "cancel" button. Guess I'm just booking a new ticket. -
@aaronpk I have a friend that has been on the wrong end of British Airways cancellations over the last year. They don’t seem to care about their customers.
