@aaronpk any thoughts on small remote cameras to livestream for community sports events. GoPro over wifi? I cant see a way to connect more than one. Connections: prob have to stick to wifi, cat6, or SDI due to distance (oval) and potential damage by sport. Keep up the livestream!

Great question! The answer definitely depends on your budget. Great question for the forums though, post it there and I'll give you a longer answer, and other people might have an idea too! https://forum.livevideotech.today

In the past few weeks I believe I tried most of the conferencing sw, Teams excluded. Here they are, ranked from best to worst in my experience... YMMV. For me, Zoom is amazing - on every device.

    1. Zoom
    2. GotoMeeting
    3. WebEx
    4. Google Meet
    5. BlueJeans

being a senior software engineer means being able to architect an entire end-to-end application in your head but having to Google how to check if a JS array contains an element because you can only remember how to do it in three other languages

Shoutout to the #osw2020 organizers for putting together an extremely successful virtual event! 🎉 Even if it did mean I had to be awake and on camera by 5am the last three days. 😴 Still had a great bunch of #OAuth discussions!

Took me 188 videos and 8 months to cross 10k subs...

I brought a very high level understanding of SEO from 7 years building my wife's blog.

It was an intense experience and it absolutely consumed my life for those 8 months.

I changed for the better as a person in that phase

So, have you heard of any progress on the horizon towards a self hostable identity/authorization login service yet?

Still waiting for the day that logging into another Fediverse service is as easy as logging into a new website with Facebook...(or at least that we can see progress towards something like it...) #Mozilla #Persona looked good. Not sure if #ReclaimID is going anywhere. I'd love to hear about it if something is moving forward somewhere...

(Not sure if #Oauth related or not)

    Aaron Parecki
I'm doing a talk at #APConf about exactly this... how the fediverse can use #OAuth to achieve exactly this goal! https://conf.activitypub.rocks/
