For real though: there’s plenty of beaches in the Midwest (Minnesota Lakes much?) Plus the Mammoth Caves and lots of working agricultural land.

Hey the Midwest has some beautiful Kudzu covering our highways and some delightful rivers we managed to catch on fire.

well the Midwest doesn't exactly have beautiful things to preserve quite like the west does. Or beaches which are being devastated by plastic.
