Why isn't nanobot toothpaste a thing yet? This is 2016. I want robots to brush my teeth.

I have an idea for a tiny roomba that hollows out one of your teeth and uses it as a garage. Then it comes out when you're sleeping and does cleaning stuff. It's called the Mouth Nanny.
I once did guerrilla market testing where I asked my friends loudly while shopping "do they sell those hands-free toothbrushes?" and some of the other shoppers looked interested.

They could get out of control. Or swallowed. But I would prefer botpaste or toothbots to the electric toothbrush.
