Why is it that every time I click a link on my phone it opens a native app that fails to load the content I clicked on, but then when I am on a website and actually *want* the native app to open there's no way to make it actually do that

Started in Final Cut, switched to Premiere, then landed with Resolve a couple years ago and it is by far my favorite of the three, I just don't feel like I'm fighting with it all the time 😅
