The fact that Amazon seemingly at random decides if my returns should be dropped off at UPS or Kohls (UPS preferred) with the other costing a % of my refund if I wish to choose the other is UTTER bullshit.
The last thing I want to do during a pandemic is walk in a Kohls to return

For me it correlates with whether I choose a return reason that is "my fault" or not.
