Oh that's funny... I was going to drop a link to his at-home streaming setup, noticing that he uses a Lumix. I gather it has the "will provide a clean HDMI output forever without overheating" feature. That's my back-up option right now... looking at the Nikon Z50 first.

The Lumix G7 was recommended by my coworker @aaronpk who knows waaaay more about cameras than I do. I’m sure there are better options available, but probably more expensive. I hear lots of folks are interested in the new Sony ZV-1 that’s now available for preorder.

Nice! It’s a LITTLE too small for my 32” monitor (partially covers the Qi charger now), but anything smaller should be fine. I use the USB ports all day every day either way.

Dunno if you saw my comment on the actual video, but we have the same desks, lamps, mic, even that wooden stool, so my suggestions may not be so helpful. I do, however, really like this: https://amzn.to/2MXStAz My audio interface sits beneath, and I love the Qi charger on top
