Tough one. Personally I prefer no music behind dialog. I use it for intro, outro, interstitials only. But for those who do it well, like @petermckinnon, it’s powerful. Most people don’t do it well, and then it’s awful.

When I had _no_ clue how to do authentication and requests in really simple ways the whole community was really helpful . Everyone was willing to answer low-level basic questions without making me feel stupid, or like a nuisance (!)
They've intentionally cultivated niceness
