TIP 4: Set aside some time every single day at the same time to answer email. During this time slot just plow through whatever email you have remaining even if it seems like a massive job.
every time I do that, I end up spending the entire day answering emails or dealing with whatever it was the emails said I had to do -

oh. Crap. Yeah. I need to talk to @aaronpk about that. I don't think it's labeled for screen reader users like myself; I can't actually view the state of the toggle.
oh shoot! I assumed the CSS framework I'm using handled that! Tho also TBH I didn't even remember that checkbox existed. -
RIP my dear sweet pebble, which has kept going years past the company getting acquired by @fitbit - it may have finally given up today. I love it immensely.
