Honestly the biggest one is having a real enforceable CoC which details what one needs to do, how they can do it and what action is taken.

And remind everyone that you have a CoC at the start of the day.

If you serve alcohol, provide and state that its more than just beer, and serve other non-alcoholic drinks.

Encourage pronouns on badges and bios.

Not than just straight cut tshirts.

A quiet room.

Must have an enforceable CoC - more than just 'Be nice'.

Not-men speakers, panelists.
Not-men in promotional photos.
Childcare facilities (Tough. But good.)
Gender neutral toilets.
A wide range of age groups in photos and on-stage.

- Childcare / Don't be weird about people bringing babies
- Nothing integral at bizarrely early/late starts
- Loo roll. Seriously, those stupid tissue holders run out at busy events and an extra separate, backup loo roll is useful provision to keep stalls in use

- reports on CoC violations and enforcement (I want to know the CoC is upheld and isn't meaningless)
- reasonable temperatures (not freezing)
- gender neutral restrooms
- menstrual products

Women, and especially #WomenInTech -- what do you want to see from events and festivals (eg free tampons in toilets, code of conduct etc)? Writing an article, may quote you!

I believe new HTML elements should go through a standards process, be debated by multiple parties (not one), be useful to most websites (pave the cowpaths), and be written in language that makes sense for HTML, especially for folks who don’t speak English well.

So no on this.
