Anybody know more about electronics than me and want to tell me why this doesn't work?
Right now, all the pumps turn on when it's first plugged in until the Arduino has a chance to set all the PCF pins LOW.

@aaronpk well, if the server you're hitting is on the internet, it's not as if you've avoided cloud dependencies :) Glad you like it!
