@aaronpk it seems that none of my coordinates were plotted
    Aaron Parecki
@phyre5 I see your data in the DB, but like I mentioned yesterday I haven't added the interface for viewing history to the website yet.

@aaronpk confused. this is already readily available with @disqus and @anywhere.
    Aaron Parecki
@ChrisTeso I don't like that @disqus hosts the comments, and @anywhere doesn't show the list of tweets (comments) Correct me if I'm wrong

Really want to set up @geoloqi to send out a tweet every time I enter the tunnel on the train, and send out another one when I'm out again.

@TechWraith Check out https://developers.geoloqi.com/API/trigger/create which will ping your server when you reach a certain location!

@caseorganic in 20 years we'll laugh at how this seemed significant. It will look as absurd as saying "5% of fetuses have a face."

@aaronpk I meant for export to outside apps, such as feeding my wall to twitter. Is this possible, and I uninformed?
    Aaron Parecki
@wwjimd Maybe I should try setting up an @aaronpk_wall account to do that as a test.

    Aaron Parecki
@wwjimd Sure, it wouldn't be too hard to write an app that does that. Check out the "profile feed" example on that API link.

Facebook Gets Hip to #DataPortability http://bit.ly/dv04OR #Whoa #fb #facebook <-- Now all we need is a API to access data!
    Aaron Parecki
@wwjimd You already have API access to your Facebook data, FB's graph API is pretty extensive: http://www.facebook.com/unsupportedbrowser

@chrismessina Maybe FB knows how "connected" you are to Andrew and thinks you might not know him?

Hi, I'm Aaron Parecki, Director of Identity Standards at Okta, and co-founder of IndieWebCamp. I maintain oauth.net, write and consult about OAuth, and participate in the OAuth Working Group at the IETF. I also help people learn about video production and livestreaming. (detailed bio)

I've been tracking my location since 2008 and I wrote 100 songs in 100 days. I've spoken at conferences around the world about owning your data, OAuth, quantified self, and explained why R is a vowel. Read more.
