What's with the booms in PDX? I just heard a big one in Ladd's. Sounded like fireworks, not a gun.
@skinny Didn't hear one just now, but a couple days ago I heard someone setting off what sounded like a *lot* of fireworks near Ladd's. -

@maxticket Yea geese are kind of mean. Also, a group of geese is a "gaggle". How boring. A "murder" of crows is way cooler. -

To travel websites who can't parse dates like '8/20' into the needed format: your website is your business. WTF? Spend a day & implement it.
@incanus77 True, but you also have to consider internationalization, where a date like 7/5/10 is ambiguous - July 5th or May 7th -
