Thank you @NanliteGlobal for sending us these new #PavoTubeIIX.

With Pixel Mapping and the new #Nanlink App, these lights are a game changer. 🔥 🔥
    Aaron Parecki
Do these have an HTTP API because if so I have some great ideas to show these off during my livestreams...

All that means is your tests are insufficient and you haven’t found the bug yet.
    Aaron Parecki
you say that as if I've written any tests for this at all 😅

also I'm using this code to run a livestream tomorrow, what could go wrong

Is anyone using Philip hue lights in their videos? I wanna know if there’s any flickering issues etc :)
    Aaron Parecki
My bulbs are pretty old but there is definitely a flicker. I have to set my cameras to 50fps to avoid it.

Damn, yeah ok that's what I'm experiencing too, and my other friend said same. Do you delete it and re-add, or just update it when the little wrench shows up? I've just been trying to update it, and it just seems to say "sure, it's coming" for weeks. Once, YNAB ~fixed it?
    Aaron Parecki
I think a couple months ago I deleted and re-added the connection, but most of the time the little wrench fixes it. I CANT WAIT FOR BANKS TO PROPERLY SUPPORT OAUTH omg.

@aaronpk does I believe. I used rivermark (business acct) + YNAB.
    Aaron Parecki
Yeah I do. It occasionally loses the connection and I have to give it my credentials again. It seems to happen more often with Advantis compared to my other banks, it's kind of frustrating tbh.

LOL a follow-up tweet: <<A hacker is someone who gains unauthorized access to information or content. This individual did not have permission to do what they did. They had no authorization to convert and decode the code.>> Reading plain text ain’t “decoding”,

I know it's unethical. But I almost applaud people that do stuff like this...because...it shows the flaws in the system. Not knowing "computer stuff" in 2021 isn't cute anymore lol In reality, states and companies need to HIGHLY invest in good coders, cybersecurity staff, etc.
    Aaron Parecki
It's not even unethical when it's using the appropriate channels to disclose a massive design flaw in their website. There's responsible ways to report problems like this. https://www.hackerone.com/vulnerability-management/what-responsible-disclosure-policy-and-why-you-need-one

AI-based copywriting platforms can never replace human writers. Tell me why I'm wrong.
    Aaron Parecki
AI-based copywriting platforms will soon displace the vast majority of human writers. It's impossible to refute this looming business truth—no matter how skilled or excellent your writing abilities, the competition will always improve and drive down your revenue.

I'd love to be able to run that 💕 Maybe I should hire someone and let them take a massive commission (like 50%), because I literally do not have the time. But we have such an engaged audience with high pageviews and in a good target demo.

I don't mean to be overly salty about this, but I get this a lot. A lot a lot. And apparently a lot a lot today.…

I'm sorry, but I don't know of many talented developers who are just casually sitting around waiting to build your startup idea for you. Especially for free.

Stupid Idea Sunday: ML-based recipe generator.

You put in what ingredients you have on-hand and it will generate a new recipe for you. Not a search/match against a DB of recipes, but an entirely new one.

Then start a YouTube channel where I make the weirdest recipes for promo.
