What I never got is why people are so eager to board the plane as early as possible. My strategy is to wait until everyone is in and to go in last. This way I'm in the airplane as short as possible. I always try to get a seat in the center so that nobody needs to stand up and let me into my seat.
it's the battle for overhead bin space! I never check bags but that means I need space in the overhead bins. Last one on means the space is all full up usually. -

I absolutely dread when itโs SD Card cleanup time. Iโd almost rather to keep buying more cards then to delete the footage off of one.
Iโm always terrified Iโm going to delete a main clip of something ๐ฌ
Remember when we used to just keep buying VHS and 8mm tapes never taping over old ones?
Then again, it was a lot harder to back those up back then. -

Welp it filled up back here, oh well. I'm not super familiar with the SAS seating assignment process, so I guess several rows of empty seats during checkin yesterday was not an indicator of an empty flight.
oh and in my rush I forgot that one of the things I was supposed to do at the airport was buy snacks for the plane since the website wouldn't let me choose a vegetarian meal and Scandinavian food is like the complete opposite of vegetarian. ๐ -

aaaaand I am on the plane! Boarding group A so I'm the first one into the back half of the plane! ๐
Now I just cross my fingers that the seats next to me haven't been claimed in the last 24 hours and this will be a pleasant 12hr flight.

Made it thru security and gained 10 minutes because we board 50 minutes before takeoff not 60.
Now 6 actual minutes til boarding. Gotta get thru passport control first

Finally got a boarding pass, 10 minutes til boarding!
Made it thru security and gained 10 minutes because we board 50 minutes before takeoff not 60.
Now 6 actual minutes til boarding. Gotta get thru passport control first -

So if you accidentally switch to emoji keyboard while typing fast you'll then inadvertently add an emoji. You then want to delete said emoji, so you tap where the delete key just was โ but it's moved, so you add another emoji!!
lol yes this happens to me at least once a day and it's incredibly annoying -

Want: An audio mixer, explicitly NOT for recording studio or stage use, but rather for mixing multiple stereo audio sources on my desk (PC, Mac, Alexa, etc.) into a single stream to be fed into desktop speakers. Minimal/no knobs preferred. Does something like that even exist?
Itโll be tough to find one with no knobs, but try searching for โline mixersโ. I have the Samson SM10, it fits in a 1U rack mount, or you could mount it under the desk. -

Finally I have restored my database, as I bought a SATA cable. Sorry for the radio silence, I hope your readers won't overflow!
#postmortem TL;DR: tried to disassemble my server, fried the BIOS, too lazy to bring it to service center and all my data was locked up on a HDD to which I couldn't connect. But I bought a SATA cable and heroically retrieved the database.
Even shorter TL;DR: you need a backup off-site. I'll probably set up a cron job that will send the DB dump to a remote server.

Cool, that's worth a try. That said, I only have the server running locally at the moment so I'm guessing that won't work. Thanks again for the help, though.
Oh yeah that's the other thing, you can't use localhost as a redirect. At least not last time I tried. What did you put in the redirect url field in Apple when setting this up?
