@aaronpk awesome! Do you know if it'll be recorded? Really sad I can't be in Portland this week. :-(
    Aaron Parecki
@blaine There will be an audio recording, and I'll try to splice it together with my slides. We'll miss you at @indiewebcamp this wknd too!

@aaronpk not sure, but that's what I would guess. @blech?
    Aaron Parecki
@blaine Good timing, too! I'm putting this into my OAuth 2 talk at @osbridge! http://opensourcebridge.org/sessions/686

@aaronpk seems ok to me, I suspect the OAuth2 transition will be pretty straight-forward for many folks, and the MAC spec is pretty fresh.
    Aaron Parecki
@blaine True. Do you think the hold-out is to require people to use MAC, so waiting for that spec to settle down?

Hurrah! Four years after OAuth was modelled on FlickrAuth, Flickr supports OAuth. Sometimes standards work. :-D http://code.flickr.com/blog/2011/06/21/flickr-now-supports-oauth-1-0a/
    Aaron Parecki
@blaine Wow! That's awesome! But why not OAuth2? Most sites are implementing draft 10 now, seems like an ok time to get on board.

@aaronpk cool. I will. I'm just learning about all these calendar sites.
    Aaron Parecki
@awarenesss Cool, I'll copy it over to calagator.org after it's on plancast. Both are excellent ways to promote the event in pdx.

@aaronpk I scheduled it for now for July 19th 6.30 pm. Does that work for you?
    Aaron Parecki
@awarenesss you should add it to plancast.com too!

@caseorganic - I don't have any examples immediately to hand, they are indeed rarer. Most common in music apps
    Aaron Parecki
@enterity @caseorganic I was about to say, this is a good example from Reason: http://s3.amazonaws.com/giles/propellerhead_reason4_thor.jpg

    Aaron Parecki
@awarenesss Awesome! I'd love to! I can bring some large printed maps of my self tracking project.

Seriously, Windows 95 has a far more elegant user interface, visually speaking, than Vista or Windows 7 do.
    Aaron Parecki
@chrisfahey Agreed. First thing I always did with Win XP was put it into "Classic" mode making it look like 95.

Hey @aaronpk, what wiki did you guys use for putting together the @geoloqi API docs? Looks great!
    Aaron Parecki
@kevinrohling MediaWiki with a modified version of a Gumax theme: http://paulgu.com/wiki/Vertical_Navigation_Menu_Series tho the new MW theme looks pretty good on its own!
