@kchrist I'd be curious to know what you learn. I've found there is no better solution than multiple copies on multiple hard disks.

@aaronpk How's the @geoloqi iPhone app coming along anyway?
    Aaron Parecki
@BangTheMonkey Getting really close! Finishing up the sign in and OAuth 2 integration now.

What's the best phone out there that supports background location tracking?
    Aaron Parecki
@TechWraith Your best bet is probably an iPhone 4 running @geoloqi ;) Plus you get updates from us when we do more battery optimization!

@oscargodson You sure it's a good idea to get bugs implemented? ;)
    Aaron Parecki
@TechWraith If you don't implement bugs, what are the QA people going to do all day? ;)

Remember kids, your crappy code lives on forever. Just got a support request for an app I released more than a decade ago.
    Aaron Parecki
@turoczy The worst part is it keeps coming up in google searches for my name.

@turoczy I know, right?! I've got this stupid code floating around the download sites from 10 years ago! I can't seem to get rid of it!

I've got a wacky idea. How about Google Maps starts using the Google URL shortner? I know. I'm insane.
    Aaron Parecki
@turoczy There's a Labs add-on that does that. I wouldn't doubt it will be rolled into the main release soon.

@aaronpk lol gnirut. Is that a term you invented or did someone else come up with spelling Turing backwards for that purpose?
    Aaron Parecki
@TechWraith Heh, I can't be the only one to have thought of that, but there aren't many results on Google!

@aaronpk I want an irc channel that you can't get into unless you can prove that you aren't human.
    Aaron Parecki
    @TechWraith A gnirut test?

@aaronpk Not new. It's only based on followed lists so it sucks. Friends of your friends. Nothing else. It was on the old one too.
    Aaron Parecki
@Efimero "Who to Follow" has been on my home screen for a while, but I didn't recognize "Similar to You". Maybe I don't use the site enough.

I want to quit Facebook. If I do can I still maintain the pages for @theGOOD and @SellSimply or are those tied to a personal account only?
    Aaron Parecki
@ChrisTeso AFAIK they have to be tied to a personal one, but you could make a new (completely private) account as their admin acct

You know, I'm actually an alright customer service rep. I guess this means not all developers have social skill issues ;)
    Aaron Parecki
@TechWraith I don't like doing customer service, but it's not because of a lack of social skills ;)

Thanks to gmail keyboard shortcuts, I now hit "u" to attempt to return to the main page of pretty much every website ever.
    Aaron Parecki
@lauramwebster I really should learn these gmail shortcuts! Thanks for the tip!

@aaronpk @TiEsQue Coconut water ice cubes are great for cocktails. Hydrating & tastier than regular h20 to boot.
    Aaron Parecki
@BangTheMonkey oo, that's a great idea! *runs to the store to get coconut water*

Restaurants should make ice cubes out of cola so not to water down your drink. (Melted cola is flat, but no more than h2o)
    Aaron Parecki
@TiEsQue I've made ice cubes out of apple juice before! Works really well.
