Am I the only one who found texting way easier before phones got keyboards?
@asp55 Not the only one! I used to be able to text without looking on a 12-key pad using T9! I kind of miss that phone. Kind of. -

email is overlooked too often when startups are trying to retain users. @facebook and @quora are both great examples of using email for this
