Rehydrating the cedar hot tub
This week's CSA haul
and we're live! Feeding the generator inlet with a 30 amp extension cord that runs to the temp pole at the street!
Hooking up a 3-wire extension cord to a 4-wire plug, what could go wrong 😃
Appliances! It's starting to feel like a real house!
Roof progress! The attic hatch is done, and the rooftop shower is installed!
I just got FreePBX up and running and connected to a WiFi phone and my doorbell and video intercom system! I have two way calling between every device, I can even connect analog phones!
What shenanigans should I rig up next? I'm thinking maybe an old payphone at the street, or maybe an old 1920s style phone for the speakeasy...
📍 Broadway Bridge
I got the TV installed in the train bathroom! It's so cool! If you close the bathroom door it's really surreal because it's the only frame of reference for outside the bathroom.
This video is the train from Portland to Seattle. Now we just have to ride a bunch more trains and stick a camera out the side on all of them.
Apparently the stud in the middle was slightly warped and the mirror wasn't sitting straight. They opened up the wall to shave the stud down a bit. Gives me a chance to clean up the wiring a bit while it's open
Stair railing progress while I was away this week!

Pulling the Photo Booth!
It's waffle night! Time to stock up on breakfast waffles!
The grocery store only had 2 silken tofu but I need 6 so I had to improvise... used a lot more oat milk and yogurt to make up the difference.
Got everything set up for the photo booth for the MySpace ride tomorrow! Ready to roll out the door!
Hopefully the weight distribution is ok. There's a giant battery powering the monitor and printer, it's held in place slightly in front of the axle.
