This suggests that @TwitterBlue subs are not performing well at all.

Hard to say if web subscriptions are doing better.

TL;DR Scammers posing as known brands reach out to work with you. A deal is eventually made, they send you a PDF or another file to sign or share more information. You open the file, it’s malicious, they get access to your channel and who knows what else.
