FRAUD SCAM ALERT: a thread

As some of you know my day job is as a mid-level executive with a very large financial institution

Wanted to send a heads up about a scam that we are not only seeing at my bank but was attempted on me as well with one of my accounts at another bank

Apple designed and contributed this standard, and its password manager uses it, too.

(tl;dr: implement `/.well-known/change-password`!)

You could pay a vendor to run 600 VMs to handle this volume of transactions, or you could put a CSV file on a free web host, at .001% of the cost and overhead.

You don’t have a right to them. You are allowed on them, at the discretion of their owners.
Don’t like it? Get your own server.
