I used to think OAuth was just another way for companies to get my information. But now I see it's so much more.

We're also happy to host it -- you just need the business side of things and to manage a web dashboard. It would be a bit of a beta experience to start, but we're excited about the vision. 🔭

Today I want to give a shoutout to my @oktadev teammate, @aaronpk!

Aaron made it so we can log in to https://oktadev.events from our Okta dashboard, as well as add/update new events using calendar invites. It's sooo slick!

    👏👏👏

YouTubers always be like, "Look how complicated my timeline is for my next video." And I'm always thinking, "You ever heard of a compound clip? That's just messy and inefficient, not impressive." How do y'all even find anything in those labyrinths?! 🤓💜🤣

So in this interview for a place I decided to not join, they asked me how I would use my Twitter fans to help promote the company. I said “If you think these folk are fans and not my community of people I rely on, you are sadly mistaken about how the Internet works.”

I created an NFT, but the image renders differently based on who's looking at it.

    For example, on OpenSea: https://opensea.io/assets/0x5c61afa47570ab2b562606fa578221305b12c307/1/

    ...vs on Rarible: https://rarible.com/token/0x5c61afa47570ab2b562606fa578221305b12c307:1?tab=details

...vs if you own it, it currently renders as a large 💩 emoji in your wallet. How this works:

So to then see this… craze? Spread to other niches and areas, especially ones I’m involved in, just feels like a threat.
I want to find what’s so exciting about NFTs but currently it just feels like a drug everyone’s on staring at a reality that doesn’t exist & that’s worrisome

When it comes to NFTs and art and the long-term viability of this “shift”, I cannot help but think about the motivations behind it.
People could ALWAYS buy/commission art. Most of these people didn’t. Why do they care now?
It always comes back to money or the gimmick, not the art
