A "podcast" behind a paywall is not a podcast.

A "podcast" that only one app can receive is not a podcast.

A "podcast" without a public feed that can be freely pulled into any podcast client or RSS reader is not a damn podcast, don't let people get away with calling it that.

Despite claims of “decentralization”, the cryptocurrency industry is controlled by a powerful cartel of wealthy figures who, with time, have evolved to incorporate many of the same institutions tied to the existing centralized financial system they supposedly set out to replace.

Cryptocurrency is like taking the worst parts of today's capitalist system (eg. corruption, fraud, inequality) and using software to technically limit the use of interventions (eg. audits, regulation, taxation) which serve as protections or safety nets for the average person.

My challenge to web developers is this: I should be able to type as fast into your text input as I can into a plain-old <input> or <textarea> with no JavaScript handlers on them. If I can't, then the event handlers should be debounced, and/or they should do less JavaScript work.

Did it ever occur to you that I don’t WANT this feature? I have to maintain this shit forever. You’ll move on in a few years.
