    I think the business is referred to as „identity management“, not „identity“, which also might explain the different perspectives. Discussions about „Identity“ tend to be a rather philosophical while „identity management“ is about enabling use cases w/ suitable technology.

    Indeed. Under Video Settings > External set it to 1 column and turn off showing shared/active. Then on the iPad drag the user you want to see on the external to the first spot in your grid. The external display reflects the sort order from the iPad.
