1. The most successful and ambitious mapping project of all time, Google Maps, is an advertising platform. There is no “geospatial industry,” only industries with spatial problems.

I’m extremely happy that Safari will support the WebExtensions API in macOS 11. Even better, they’re adding the support in a privacy and security centric way. Bravo! 👏🏻

It's not that @realDonaldTrump's rally in Tulsa had low attendance, it's that teenagers fooled the entire campaign team into thinking it would be crowded. My heart warms for 2 reasons - we actually care about each other's health enough to stay home and that the kids are hackers.

I really enjoyed this #WWDC keynote. Most people will never get a chance to visit Apple Park but this gave a really great tour and it felt like you were there exploring!

I miss being there in person, but this was still fun and now to make a video about it all ❤️

surprised at how information-dense a pre-recorded keynote can be. it’s definitely better, but also overwhelming, and demands an evolution on the part of the viewers

feels like when shakey-cam first debuted. disorienting at first, then we all got used to it

Yeah there’s usually lots of tweeting as each new feature is mentioned, supplemented with screenshots and reactions to pricing.
It’s an exhausting hour but I always finish on a new high of my blind commitment to buying everything on offer 😂
