I cannot remember the last camera that's had me as excited as the RX100VII.

I've enjoyed cameras previously (I mean me right) but I've never had one that I went from completely "meh lets make the video due to obligation" to "HOLY CRAP" quicker.

Apple Spotlight (Cmd-spacebar) used to be so snappy to launch apps that I loved it. Ditto "c" key in Gmail to start new message. Now with those I have to type then consciously pause to wait for software to catch up.

The most critical skill you can develop as a maker is to learn how to take a product/feature/etc and cut it into 1/10 the size, and fearlessly ship it. Find the tiny bit that still makes it useful and only build that.
