Made some significant progress today on an approximately 2,800 word feature article on the W3C Micropub spec with some motivation, examples, use cases, etc. Needs some editing, a bit of artwork, and some screenshots, but we’re nearly there.Β

Have a few ideas about placement already…

Still boggles the mind the financial industry has not pushed OAuth as a model for delegating access to transaction history data for aggregators w/o exposing customer passwords. Most seem to still be fine with 3rd party aggregators accepting customer credentials... #solvedProblem

Surely a static site can't include dynamic content like Webmentions, right?
    Wrong. 😎

@mxstbr shows us how he added Webmentions to his #JAMstack site in the second post of his Static Indie Web series.

Practically every conversation I've had in this new year has eventually hit on, "I had no idea how burnt out I was at the end of last year." Followed by a knowing and commiserating nod from the other side of the table.

Just mixed myself a perfect whiskey sour:

    2oz. bourbon whiskey
    ΒΎ oz lemon juice
    ΒΎ oz simple syrup
    1 egg white

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. I used a stevia/erythritol sweetener instead of sugar to keep it keto friendly. Delish!

I wanted @aaronpk to go to the store for nacho ingredients. He was under a sleeping cat (and obviously couldn't move because that's illegal) so I shook the bag of treats and she came running.
I still feel bad I disturbed a sleeping cat due to laziness.
