Just mixed myself a perfect whiskey sour:

2oz. bourbon whiskey
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
1 egg white

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. I used a stevia/erythritol sweetener instead of sugar to keep it keto friendly. Delish!
