@aaronpk what one should I get? Draw on screen for live as well as control chat and graphic for photoshop and drawing in general?

I don't have much experience with those yet, but I just got the Wacom One to start experimenting!

as far as I've seen the $300 Decimator is the cheapest you'll get, unless your monitor has flip built in
