Looks like the temperature reached the peak today at 5pm, my sensor outside in the shade recorded 104.7°F (40°C). So far the AC is holding up, but I'm a bit worried that the *low* tonight is expected to be 80°!

After today's IndieWebCamp popup session, I built a way to create unlisted posts on my site that require a secret key in the URL in order to view.
Since all my URLs are more or less sequential, I needed a way to be able to add something to the URL that is unguessable. It was a relatively easy thing to add!

@aaronpk the portable air conditioners are great. Probably sold out for months.
I have one for the apartment, but I don't want something taking up that much floor space in the studio and I also don't want that noise. Eventually I'll probably install a mini split as a permanent solution, but in the mean time I'm gonna hack up a cold air pipe tomorrow and see how it goes. -
