Don't come visit my studio until I've had a chance to do a few more tweaks to it 🙈

I wish I could get my ENTIRE studio that clean just once for a photo. Planning to start the studio tour series again? Seriously some of the best videos on YouTube.

FYI: using twitters tip jar could expose your address to the receiver 😬

Twitter updated tipping with a prompt about this but I suspect people won’t read it.

I’m not about giving startups any security free passes because historically startups do the bad thing until getting caught: GitHub employees could look at all your private repos 4 years in. Uber had god mode for a very long time. None of them STARTED by thinking about security.

Actually, maybe it is a criticism. The readers take...more effort to listen to, some how? That doesn't make any sense to me but I guess I can see why people like @ycombinator explicitly warn against it when pitching.

If I’m doing a talk live, I will 100% not read from a script. However, if I’m publishing a prerecorded video, I’ll read from a script and heavily edit it down. I also find that when I am writing a script that I will be reading on camera, I write in a *completely* different style.

We have to work harder to prove our credibility and often have to deal with harassment and identity fraud.

@aaronpk have I done something wrong here? Holes for the nameplate don't line up with the monitor stand for the diy extreme print. Not a big deal as I'll probably do my own thing here anyway, just checking.

Cryptography is a vital part of the future of the internet. Cryptocurrency is a dead end, and proof of work is deeply harmful.
NFTs are a demonstration that uniqueness and provenance make no sense without a real world referent. They're financialisation, not technology.
