Doesnโt help you get to San Diego any faster though.

Aaron links to NASA's Send your name to Mars page where you can apply for a virtual boarding pass and get your name sent on the next mission to the red planet.
It reminded me that they did the same thing before the Orion mission in 2014.
But what if it isn't just a virtual boarding pass? What if it was for something more serious?

Thereโs ongoing costs, too. You canโt just /keep/ a pilotโs license. You have to use it. If you donโt fly a minimum number of hours a year, you lose it. So youโll have to rent planes.
Lots of pilots sell โat costโ trips to travelers to fund their hours.
Yeah that's why I'm thinking this simulator idea isn't so far fetched ๐ -

How did you master an ATEM mixer if it wasn't for doing the hours of practical work?
Say that gives me an idea... ATEM Simulator... you have to live switch an event and you lose points for every cut you mess up ๐ -
