http://Brid.gy did that and it worked around 2 years ago, then API access started getting degraded/removed and.. it all fell apart.

Still works fine with Twitter, including this tweet. Facebook has been locking down their API tho.

if you tell me your favorite creators and the average works out to be the same - you need to question why that is and fix it.
