Entire systems and structures have been set up to give you unearned advantages. Many of the conditions of yr life, education, career, health, home, etc have unearned advantages.

Face this, AND do antiracist work.

Black Lives Matter.

That's an objective truth. It baffles me that it is considered a controversial/political statement in an industry that prides itself on logic and facts.
