It's supposed to be $99 but they're out of stock everywhere so people are selling them used at ridiculous markups. There are a few off-brand ones that work, but I haven't tested any myself.

Tomorrow. I’ve found evening releases have poor first few/12/24 hour performance which hurts ongoing promotion by YouTube. Those first few hours are critical. IMHO.

Initial impressions of the Sennheiser MKH-416.

This thing is a gain eater, I’ve pushed my XLR device to it’s almost max and there is no background hiss.

This microphone is crazy. 🤯
