@aaronpk agreed! xAuth seems pretty awesome, but I feel like I'm missing a chunk of it.
@TechWraith Apparently xAuth is just like oAuth but provides a way to pass a user/pass to get the token instead of redirecting to the site. -

@aaronpk Note: I'm sure that I could integrate Gmail into my email workflow, but I don't really see why I should.
@michaelowens If you've got Mail.app working, that's great. I hop between too many computers to store mail locally on a single system. -

@aaronpk Oddly enough, I don't use Gmail at all, and the one I use to sign up for stuff still gets relevant emails now and then.

Finally got around to cleaning out my e-mail inboxes. Noticed that most of it was "notification spam" from social sites.
Stopping that now.
@michaelowens You could set up filters in Gmail to file those away automatically, or just use a separate account to sign up for services. -
