    UPDATE: As expected, @PBOTinfo has shared a revised proposal with the neighborhood group. Looks like they’re willing to add one speed bump and a concrete barricade/planter.     This is better, but I'm still concerned about the sharp right turn a bike will have to make to get on to the 7th bike lane when going west on Tillamook. How can I give them this feedback?
