    When was the last time you used a point-and-shoot camera (no interchangeable lenses, not a smartphone)?

    I actually really like my Sony ZV-1. I know everyone is always talking about how great iPhone cameras are, but even the ZV-1 gets so much better photos and videos. (With the exception of night mode, that thing is magic on the iPhone.)

      Yeah for sure, and frankly I take far more photos with my iPhone because it's always just right there. But if I'm putting any thought into it I will always take a real camera instead.

      Makes sense. I bet for most folks the question isn't "is the point and shoot good" but "is it good enough to carry another piece of gear." Turns out us photo/video nerds are apparently used to carrying a lot of gear. LOL.
