I think this is the first time the "elevator" on a plane has made sense to me!

Too bad it has nothing to do with the quadcopters I want to fly but I need to learn it for the test anyway πŸ˜…

@aaronpk Quadcopters are so much fun. Are you planning on doing cinematic type stuff or FPV?

    Aaron Parecki
I'm just getting started and only plan on flying the DJI Mini 2 for now, mainly for videos/photos. But I realized if I want to show any videos on my YouTube channel it counts as commercial work so I need to get the actual FAA license!

@aaronpk the DJI Mini 2 is such an amazing product. The compact size makes it so portable and the video is great. I recently upgraded from a Spark to an Air 2S. Good luck on the test and be sure to share photos on here too! πŸšπŸ“·

That's awesome! Yeah I've been super impressed with the Mini 2 already. I took it to Finland (no distinction between commercial and personal use there!) but it was so cold and dark I barely had any chances to fly it!

Setting up Chrome as the default browser on Windows 11 is ridiculous. Not only it throws THREE dialogs during the process, I had to manually switch TEN dropdowns 1 by 1. Tasteless bordering unethical, likely insurmountable for non tech savvy users.
❀️ my surface, don’t love this.

Big yikes. Didn't they learn anything from, I dunno, a certain antitrust case a while back?

@aaronpk Hi! First of all thanks for the live streams. Great learning how things work even when the don't and you figure it out live. I love your website. What are you using to run it? Dumb no tech question.

Thanks! aaronpk.tv is a giant pile of ugly PHP and HTML! Nothing fancy!
