Now that I know that glucose goes up when I sleep, I am hesitant to nap as I don’t want to mess the downward slope of the chart with a spike… not what I was expecting when I installed a CGM 😛

oh you will have to tell me more about this, I have been wanting a CGM for a long time but haven't found any reasonable way to do it on my own!

  I am on day 2, getting hooked up with a dietician tomorrow to finish setup and help with some experiments! Already learned a lot, but this thing needs calibration- will share more details after one week of use :)
