@aaronpk I’m confused what’s going on with your site. These are a year old, but don’t look like boosts? Are you doing this manually?

It was a bug in the workflow I use to post these! It thought it hadn't imported these before so it sent them again. It did use the correct date, which surfaces an interesting "feature" of Mastodon which is that it will show you posts it receives at the top of the feed regardless of the date in the post's metadata.

  @aaronpk that’s what I figured. It’s interesting, there isn’t really a “correct“ answer there, you just get to choose which way you want to be wrong. :-)
