    Hey there Aaron Parecki. That's a little weird. Have a look at your master clip settings for VFR in the Effect Controls panel. If VFR frames are detected, you can change it to "Preserve Audio Sync."     Update: It just happened again with 4K 30fps (not VFR) footage from my GH5S. I was previewing a bunch of clips in the source monitor, then when I went back to my timeline it plays back half speed. The audio sounds normal, but the video is slow and the play head matches the video

    Another option (that works with Macs) is Krisp. https://krisp.ai

    I've been using Krisp, it's been great. They were tearing up a street half a block from me and nobody on Zoom could hear a thing.
