    I had video once of a UPS driver walking up to my porch, slapping a “sorry wrong missed you” sticker on the door, and walking away. No attempt to deliver.

    That's ... something. There must be a reason. Do they have a quota and they figure it's faster to slap that note on the door than wait for an answer or something?

      Everything in the truck must be delivered that day. My theory is that on heavy delivery days, things with signatures required get punted this way. Both times it’s happened to me have been iPhone release day.
