I've tried calling twice now, and both times I'm stuck on hold for about 40 minutes and then it hangs up on me.

don’t leave at the inside door, let the thieves have it. outside my outside door today, this - inside merch on the floor. at least the USPS leave by the door, Amazon’s other overworked, underpaid delivery drivers, can’t walk up steps to even the right floor, just dump everything!

Everything in the truck must be delivered that day. My theory is that on heavy delivery days, things with signatures required get punted this way. Both times it’s happened to me have been iPhone release day.

That's ... something. There must be a reason. Do they have a quota and they figure it's faster to slap that note on the door than wait for an answer or something?

I had video once of a UPS driver walking up to my porch, slapping a “sorry wrong missed you” sticker on the door, and walking away. No attempt to deliver.

In Portugal just happened with UPS, so it doesn’t seem to be a particular country or a shipping company.

Oh, yet I thought it is a german @DHLexpress problem ;) But I will never forget when these guys left my 2 best friends and me without the food we sent to Bougainville on an Atoll in Papua New Guinea. They sent a 5€ stamp-set as an excuse.
