    @aaronpk you should check out @Tailscale for your vpn needs on the ATEM Mini project. It puts everyone on the same network with very little set up.

    Got any docs on using it to make a layer 2 vpn? I think that's what I'm looking for.

      This would provide basically that: tailscale.com/kb/1019/subnets but if the networks you visit each have different subnets to advertise, you’d have to approve them separately for security reasons.

      I'm trying to create a "travel kit" which will connect back to a vpn server and make any device on the remote end available from the network on the vpn server end. Ideally with instructions that can be followed by someone with no networking experience.

      Hi. Tailscale is built on WireGuard, which I would tend to call layer 3. Could you be more specific about what you're aiming to do?

      There's, um, a distinct lack of actual documentation on those doc pages. They seem to be marketing copy about potential uses.
