    Will convert my phone number to google voice number and just use google voice for phone calls and non iMessage texts.

    As someone whose primary number has been a google voice number for the last 10 years, I can say I like it but does come with some odd side effects

      Yeah, no iMessage on my number is definitely weird. Also some companies like Uber and US Bank refuse to believe my number is real.

      Ya that’s why I have opted for keeping an iPhone so I can retain the same number with normal iMessage support and stuff
