    A friend said something similar to this recently. It’s unfortunate but it’s like “React” (being a verb) or “Flow” (yet another verb). (https://v2.jacky.wtf/post/e5be0462-abbc-48ac-a314-7056a87e64f3)

    Less bad than those IMO since micropubs seem to be a UK thing. I haven't heard that term in that context in the US or anywhere else really. But "react" is an actual word in the language.
