Spent the afternoon at the city permit office researching building codes and land use review. There's a lot of parallels between building codes and software specs.

Can you imagine if there was a similar permitting process for building websites and apps?

  I hope you're NOT in #SanFrancisco, as the @sfgov can attest to, it would be wise to pack a lunch, order in for dinner, maybe borrow a homeless person's tent, and bring along your phone charger. Cause @LondonBreed can tell you, you will be at the city office for a looooog time.
