Well that's an amazing little bug you've found. The 40 other accounts are actually 40 other accounts that don't have a Foursquare account connected.

I'm not quite sure how you got into that state, but try clicking "Disconnect Foursquare" and I'm hoping it will then ask you to connect Foursquare again. If that doesn't work, I need to fix things up a bit.

  I believe I have it sorted now, my .htaccess file had been overwritten when my host did some server update and that removed a tweak to pass the authorization headers through. So even though I was revoking the tokens it wasn’t passing the info through to OYS, and OYS was still believing that it was attached even though it wasn’t receiving feedback to the contrary.

  I’ve tried disconnecting, reconnecting, revoking tokens, and removing the approval from Foursquare, without any luck.
  
  The thing I just noticed is that OwnYourSwarm isn’t saving my choice between JSON or Simple. I wonder if that’s an indication of something else going on also?
